Brockton is the seventh largest city in Massachusetts with a population of about 95,000 people. The condo market in Brockton declined slightly this year in November and December compared to last year in the same time period. Thirty-six condos sold in 2017 during November and December while 24 sold in the same time period in 2018. The days a condo remained on the market increased this year: 44 days in 2018 compared to 38 days in 2017.
